Historical Building Architect Position may work in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia remote with travel. The Historical Building Architect will be responsible for evaluating and documenting buildings and structures at various Department of Defense (DoD) facilities to determine their eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). This role involves conducting architectural surveys in accordance with Virginia's standards, writing comprehensive technical reports, and preparing Historic Property Inventory Forms. The position requires a bachelor's degree in architecture and the ability to pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Historical Building Architect: Pay commensurate with experience.
