The IT program manager will serve as the project and/or program manager for IT supported initiatives at Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company. As a PM, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, from project initiation through final closeout. You will work in a matrix style organization requiring excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.*You will lead a portfolio of IT initiatives aimed at transforming and raising performance level of Varian business lines, business functions, and regions *You will team up with technical and business teams to deliver initiatives for integrated and intelligent value chain management *You will organize inter-disciplinary teams (business& IT) to be able to manage complex business and technical risks *You will support multi-functional teams of business experts in identifying and solving complex data and system dependencies Position Overview:
