About the Role

What you will do



  • Work closely with product team and data teams on data needs of ARO projects
  • Be specialist in ARO data to support analysis and communication of missing/incorrect data
  • Run monthly reports needed by ARO projects
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and work on resolving it
  • Be an internal point of contact for data related issues within ARO to communicate and solve the issue by working with internal teams
  • Perform ticket management using Salesforce
  • Be responsible for product support and maintenance
  • Monitor customer data using sftp, data management and SaaS tools
  • Maintain configured logic & data using GUI
  • Help with Ad hoc customer requests for AR data
  • Help internal team with data inquiries



What you will bring



  • Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI and similar tools
  • Proficient in SQL to run queries
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in denial management and understanding of AR follow up
  • Expertise in healthcare revenue cycle, including business office functions like billing, AR management, underpayment reviews and Insurance eligibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and relationship building capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce ticket management
  • Technical competency with revenue cycle products demonstrated through previous product and/or business roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and convey expertise and confidence.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to think creatively about how to solve problems
  • Strong analytical skills, including a desire to logically solve business and technology problems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment requiring quick turnaround and quality output
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and matrixed team environment.
