Scope of Position: The Site Aid is responsible for completion of various assigned tasks including, but not limited to scheduling client intakes via telephone referral, conducting client interviews and processing client intake data, and conducting security rounds. The Site Aid works closely with residents of the Safe Park Village, from providing basic needs services, to de-escalating negative client interactions. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Licenses and Certifications required/Preferred: Driver License. Trauma informed Care, Assertive Engagement, First Aid and CPR; Non-Violent Crisis Intervention; Peer Support; Heat Illness Prevention; Safe Driving; Rent Well; Community Warehouse Escort; Civil Right Training; Bloodborne Pathogens Training; De-Escalation Training. Experience
Minimum of 6 months experience in public contact / Customer Service. Documented experience in homeless services (or related experience). (required)
