SUMMARY: We are looking for a dynamic Mental Health Professional Manager to design and lead innovative therapy programs within our inpatient psychiatry unit. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of mental health care by creating engaging, therapeutic group experiences that promote recovery, resilience, and wellness for individuals in acute psychiatric care. Your leadership will drive the development of cutting-edge, evidence-based group interventions tailored to a diverse range of patient needs, and you'll collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care. Purpose of this position: The Mental Health Professional Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of interdisciplinary health professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care. This role involves developing and implementing clinical strategies, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The Manager will also provide guidance and support to staff, coordinate with other departments, and contribute to the continuous improvement of mental health services to enhance patient outcomes, health equity and overall well-being.
