Position Overview:
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a motor grader to ensure precise grading and leveling for various construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the motor grader to perform tasks such as grading, leveling, and shaping surfaces.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow project plans and specifications to meet project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on site.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and heavy equipment operator certification.
• Proven experience operating a motor grader (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of grading techniques and principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
