Program Analyst Division of Hematology/Oncology Full Time 81660BR Job Summary The Division of Hematology/Oncology at UCSF Health is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to provide essential support to the Director of Lymphoma and assist with key administrative functions within the Division. This role demands strong skills in calendar management, email monitoring, travel coordination, reimbursements, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are vital, as the position involves managing communications, coordinating meetings, and maintaining databases. The Administrative Officer will also facilitate communication with fellows and internal medicine residents, assisting in the planning and scheduling of both inpatient and outpatient rotations. Responsibilities include managing educational calendars, updating Excel spreadsheets to track relevant information, and handling paperwork for visiting medical students and college students involved in the HBC service. Additionally, the officer will oversee the HBC education conference, which includes managing session recordings, maintaining schedules, liaising with speakers, and booking rooms as necessary. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $75,700 - $123,100 (Annual Rate). Currently, the Division has 80 + Full-time faculty, 18 part-time and/or volunteer faculty, 26 Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and non-ACGME fellows, 13 post-doctoral fellows, 32 Non faculty appointments and 57 administrative and research staff. The Division's primary research, clinical and teaching functions are primarily split between the Parnassus, Mission Bay and Mount Zion campuses, although the faculty, fellows, and staff have appointments and clinical, research, and educational activities at San Francisco General Hospital (SFGH), and Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC).
