Intensive research and scholarly work on gyn research projects. The Johns Hopkins Radiation Oncology Department has an opening for a *Research Assistant.* Specific Duties & Responsibilities Perform preclinical research and development under the review of a principial investigator for the technology development and implementation for the preclinical cancer research. Prepare biological in vitro and in vivo samples for irradiation, imaging, and histopathological assessment. Coordinate with technical and administrative resources in the experimental cores and other collaborative labs for the conduction of the research projects. Assist with the writing and editing of manuscripts. Present research projects at meetings and conferences. Perform data collection and/or statistical analysis for various research projects. Assist with tasks on other research projects as required. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related discipline. Some related experience. Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. Preferred Qualifications Applicants who have MS or PhD with two-year experience in preclinical research will be preferred.
