Practice Overview We provide occupational health services on-site at various employers within the greater Grand Rapids area. This means that travel is required for this role. The employees that we provide testing for will sometimes need follow-up in our OHS clinic space. Assistance in coordinating a warm hand-off to make sure proper care for them is vital to the success of this space. This role will be clinical in nature, but there will also be required administration duties such as scheduling for services and reporting of results to the employers. Services provided include, but are not limited to, audio testing, drug screening, fit testing, vaccinations, and blood draws. About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Scope of work Collaborates with the entire health care team, as appropriate, and uses assessment skills to obtain information regarding the patients actual or potential status. Uses their knowledge and skills as delegated by the provider to work together to prevent when possible, and mitigate, when necessary, already present physiological complications associated with specific health problems and/or medical treatment.
