Manager, Infection Control (Full-Time Day), Lakewood, NJ

Job Overview:

The Infection Prevention Manager will work under the guidance and leadership of the Infection Prevention Director and assist the Director in all activities related to the operations of the Infection Prevention department, including monitoring and investigating of known or suspected sources of hospital and community acquired cases of infections in order to control and prevent infections in our patients, employees and visitors.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's of Science in a Healthcare related field
• Certification in Infection Prevention (CBIC)
• 2 years previous infection prevention experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full-Time
• Day Shift
• 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

• Assist the Director in all activities related to the operations of the Infection Prevention department
• Monitor and investigate known or suspected sources of hospital and community acquired cases of infections
• Perform other duties as assigned
