Monitor, record and update all department budgets, including but not limited to supplies and expenses, student worker wages, grants and awards, research incentives, indirect costs, the freshman textbook fund, individual program funds and Ball State University Foundation accounts. Process all purchases and reimbursements for department and faculty expenditures.
