Account Director (Audience Activation)

The Dynata Audience Activation team sits within the larger Dynata Media Solutions team and provides media agency, advertiser and publisher partners with people-based audience data solutions that help deliver effective programmatic targeting.

Dynata Audience Activation currently offers 1,200+ programmatic audiences based on peoples' interests, behaviors and opinions - syndicated across all leading DSPs and DMPs.

Essential Functions:

  • Prospect and grow net new usage of Dynata's Audience Activation segments among existing and new clients
  • Build solid customer relationships and serve as a point person for customer inquiries
  • Manage the operational deployment of new syndicated audiences to end-destinations
  • Train clients on audience product offerings, encourage the adoption of new features / enhancements and provide feedback internally on customer needs
  • Troubleshoot and address issues around syndicated audience deliveries
  • Work collaboratively with Dynata sales teams to identify growth with existing Dynata customers to grow Audience Activation and related measurement opportunities
  • Properly managing pipeline and projections
  • Work closely with and provide feedback to Marketing, Product, Service teams, and Sales to strengthen product offerings and capture additional business

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related industry experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, AdTech
  • Mature rolodex of agency and brand contacts
  • Strong track record of new business development within the agency, brand or publisher space
  • Ability to understand and translate data requests and needs into high performing audiences
  • Desire to work in a rapidly growing department
  • Proven ability to respond proactively to sales and customer questions, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel, as needed

Ability to quickly learn and speak knowledgeably about supported products
