Schedule: 8am - 5pm

Pay rate: $21 - 23/hr.

The Return Goods Processor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for processing Warranty RGA parts orders for both domestic and international regions. Duties include investigating exceptions, responding to technical support requests, altering orders, and ensuring consistent service quality. The role requires overtime, handling month-end discrepancies, and reporting to team leadership to meet company objectives. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of shipping experience.
