Your Focus: MicroStrategy is seeking an energetic Senior Digital Campaign Manager to drive the management and execution of our integrated campaign efforts. In this role, you will be an individual contributor responsible for developing, managing and executing multi-channel integrated campaigns that span digital, social, and traditional outbound channels to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive sales pipeline growth. We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. As a key player within the marketing team, you will collaborate with web, product, sales, and content teams to create and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, overall campaign creation and management, and performance analytics. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Manage and lead the planning, execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across all online and offline channels including email marketing, webinar marketing, paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook), display advertising working with our 3rd party digital agency as their main point of contact. Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals and effectively target key audiences.
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive integrated campaigns that drive demand and lead generation to support sales pipeline growth. Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are aligned with product marketing and sales priorities.
- Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Design and execute lead nurturing programs, leveraging email, webinars, content syndication, and retargeting strategies to move leads through the funnel and convert them into sales-qualified opportunities.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Marketo, MicroStrategy, and Salesforce to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns. Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with web team, digital ad agency and marketing operations to conduct ongoing A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates. Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize campaign ROI.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with product marketing, design, content, web, field marketing, sales, and external agencies to coordinate and execute campaigns that align with broader go-to-market initiatives.
- Social Media & Content Strategy: Collaborate with content, video, and social media teams to create engaging, relevant content that supports integrated campaigns and drives digital engagement. Ensure all content is aligned with campaign objectives and messaging.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across channels to maximize return on investment.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with external agencies and vendors, ensuring that campaigns are executed to a high standard and meet performance KPIs.
- This position requires the employee to work four days a week in the Tysons Corner, VA office.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment. Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including paid search, paid social, SEO, display advertising, and lead nurturing. Experience using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic platforms.
- Integrated Marketing Expertise: Advanced understanding of developing, managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, nurture and drip programs, webinars, and other on/offline strategic initiatives to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive pipeline.
- Data-Driven: Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with various teams including product marketing, sales, and external agencies. Experience managing vendors and agency relationships.
- Creative & Analytical: Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically while being hands-on in execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
