Job Description: Provide administrative support to engineering teams, ensuring efficient operations, resolving issues, and optimizing processes with the helpf Engineering Directors. Collaborate with cross functional teams for best practices and alignment. Responsibilities include: * Process improvements, optimize workflows, procedures and documentation. * Maintain and administer engineering tools, sharepoints and best practice platforms. * Monthly reports roll up and sharing. * Continuous Update of Operations Guidelines /Dashboard * Work closely with system engineers, system managers and directors for administrative tasks. * Ensure compliance to standards, regulations, and company policies. * SOW updates, tracking Pre and Post Sales Dashboard. * AE Training Coordination * Onboarding new SE / AE hires * Coordinating NCG & New Manager Training * University Engineering Program Collaboration * Advantest Europe & Advantest America Collaboration & Alignment, including cross-functional teams * Planning and Managing Capex Budget * Coordinating Technical Webinars
