Introduction to the job The Senior Optical Sensing Engineer will be responsible for the development of one or more metrology subsystems that measure and control the production of light in the extreme ultraviolet (EUV) source for next generation photolithography tools. These metrology systems use a variety of optical and electronic measurement techniques to accomplish their function. The engineer will provide specifications and technical guidance to the team of design engineer throughout the product development cycle. Engineering tasks will include design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and integration of the metrology subsystem(s). In addition, the engineer will provide technical leadership to the project, our suppliers, as well as supporting our customers' technical needs. Role and responsibilities

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
