Our company is looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our inside sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top inside sales representative should also be very competitive, a good listener, and have superb interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Function: Service Sales and Quote-to-Order Administration for the Inside Service Sales Department As an Inside Sales Representative you will ensure and maintain an elevated customer experience by taking ownership * Responsible for bringing in new customers while also interacting with existing ones to drive sales revenue * Maintain an in-depth understanding of service plan portfolio and product features and updates to be able to * Continually develop sales techniques and strategies to close sales and achieve sales targets and goals. * Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities by planning and organizing a daily agenda * Capitalize on available technological advances and BI reports to effectively communicate, drive business, and * Improve customer experience by striving to understand and anticipate needs and expectations, proactively * Support customers by providing repair quotations and answering questions about credit terms, pricing, and * Review and verify the accuracy of customer orders; prepare and submit sales orders for order entry, finance, * Research and resolve shared services order or invoicing discrepancies and delivery issues. * Ensure data integrity and manage sales activities and pipeline within the CRM database. * Assist Contracts team with contract renewal process and pricing negotiations. * Participate in one-to-one, team, divisional, and company meetings and initiatives. * Adhere to company, divisional, and department best practices to ensure and facilitate financial and data * Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented Schedule and Work Location considerations: * 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday * After core trainings have been completed, Tuesday-Thursdays in office, Mondays and Fridays work from * Must have appropriate accommodations for productive and efficient remote work (high-speed internet, quiet Qualifications Supervisory Responsibility None.
