Role: Senior Kronos Architect Location: Remote with Milestone Travel Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Kronos Workforce solutions and a strong background in advanced scheduling reporting and attendance management. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive organizational efficiency and impact society positively. Responsibilities: * Lead the design and implementation of Kronos Workforce solutions to optimize workforce management. * Oversee the development and deployment of advanced scheduling systems using Kronos WF Advance Scheduling. * Provide expertise in creating and managing SSRS reports to deliver actionable insights. * Utilize the Kronos Attestation Tool Kit to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. * Manage the integration of Kronos Workforce Int Manager to streamline workforce processes. * Implement and maintain Kronos Workforce Timekeeper for accurate time tracking and payroll processing. * Develop forecasting models using Kronos Workforce Forecasting to predict labor needs and optimize staffing. * Monitor and manage employee attendance with Kronos Workforce Attendance to reduce absenteeism. * Coordinate workforce activities using Kronos Workforce Activities to enhance productivity. * Administer Kronos Workforce Accruals to manage employee leave balances effectively. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kronos solutions. * Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. * Ensure all Kronos implementations align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Qualifications: * Possess a minimum of 13 years of experience in technology architecture with a focus on Kronos Workforce solutions. * Demonstrate expertise in Kronos WF Advance Scheduling SSRS Reports and Attestation Tool Kit. * Have hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Int Manager Timekeeper Forecasting Attendance Activities and Accruals. * Nice to have domain skill experience in Payer. * Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work model. * Show excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders. * Display a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest Kronos technologies and trends. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 12/05/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
