BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As an Associate Development Operations Engineer on the Billing Operations and Technology Incident Management team, you'll manage the process to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations. In this role you will work in areas with limited scope with opportunities to expand to more complex phases while supervised. You will excel in this role if you can work both independently and in teams and deal with ambiguity when evaluating alternatives and making recommendations.
