The Product Manager is a professional who identifies the customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality. Responsible for managing product lines throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. This role will work cross-functionally, to drive innovation and growth in both technology and product solutions globally within their respective product lines. What You'll Do
- This role has no direct management responsibilities. However, this role requires indirect leadership of team members across multiple functions, levels, and sites. This indirect leadership includes:
- Foster collaboration with team members to drive value and collectively identify and resolve problems.
- Advocate for the end user and stakeholder by empathizing with and understanding user needs.
- Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute product strategy.
- Exhibit active listening, facilitate sessions, and clearly communicate at all levels.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
- Actively seek and provide market intelligence, competitive landscape, and voice of the customer data to help advise on core and new service market opportunities.
- Conducting and/or overseeing research to gain a deep understanding of the market, customer, and end user's needs.
- Implements and maintains competitive pricing strategy within the product line.
- Develop MRD/PRD's including user stories (structured conjoint use cases).
- Drive/monitor/analyze key product metrics (including adoption and screen targets).
- Develop proof of concepts and prototyping and implementing feedback on those prototypes.
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, ROI, and ensure the product strategy directly relates to the business strategy.
- Facilitate cross-functional ideation campaigns that lead to defined technology projects and product solutions.
- Gather and manage ideas coming from different sources. This includes building and maintaining an ideas backlog, and keeping stakeholders informed about the status of their ideas and requests.
- Build and own the product roadmap ensuring execution is aligned with strategy.
- Write product specifications which define the product requirements.
- Define and manage success metrics for the product lines and individual projects.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
- Evaluate competitors and competing technologies.
- Develop product line strategy and technology goals to drive R&D efforts and sales targets.

What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field required.
- 6 years of relevant professional experience required.
