PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Responsible for operating equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures. KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Operate the following equipment based on the requirements of the project:
A. Follow prescribed safety regulations B. Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area C. Perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning D. Observe equipment operation to detect machine malfunction E. Follow work plans and pre-task cards F. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels G. All other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
