We offer legal opinions to the Board of Regents, administration, faculty, staff and others acting on the University's behalf. We report jointly to the Board of Regents and to the president. For more information, visit https://www.ucop.edu/uc-legal/ POSITION SUMMARY The Legal Operations Analyst is part of the Legal Business Operations and Technology (LBOT) team at UC Legal. The hire will apply business process and analysis concepts to support outside counsel e-billing and vendor management; internal UC Legal training program; and system administration for UC Legal-specific solutions. Travel Requirements SPECIAL CONDITIONS This position has been approved for a hybrid work arrangement. A new hire will be required to report to work onsite in Oakland, CA at least 2 days per week (currently Tuesday and Wednesday). Remote candidates residing in or willing to relocate to California may be considered.
