We have a Unique opportunity for an experienced technology professional to join our IT team as a Digital Banking Technology Specialist. We're looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and be part of the team that keeps UniBank running every day. As part of our team, you'll be involved in supporting our suite of digital banking products by assisting with implementations, operations, security, and maintenance of a diverse set of products. Position Overview This position works in a team environment to provide operational support for all digital banking products and services. A high level of customer service, attention to detail, technical and problem-solving skills are required to provide quality service. Products and services supported include but are not limited to: Retail and Business Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Bill Pay, ACH, Wire Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, and Debit Card Instant Issuance. As a member of the IT team, you may be responsible for certain aspects of our Incident Response Program, including, but not limited to, administrative, consultative, or active engagement in activities around the Incident Response Program policy and processes.
