Requisition ID req31203 Working Title Custodian Position Grade 05 Position Summary Summary: Under the supervision of the Operations Manager for Residence Life and Student Housing at the University of New Mexico, and under the direct guidance of the Coordinator Custodian, the Custodian performs various cleaning and custodial tasks within the on-campus residence halls. As UNM Residence Life and Student Housing seeks to promote the academic and personal success of on-campus residents, the Custodian promotes a quality living environment within excellent on-campus facilities on UNM Main Campus. Performs custodial maintenance duties, including dusting, mopping, finishing and buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, cleaning and restocking restrooms.
