Our Senior Pipeline Project Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to help our clients provide a safe and reliable source of energy in support of pipeline systems. Each day you will be part of a team working on projects in energy including oil & gas, water, CO2 and H2 that include liquid and natural gas gathering systems, pipeline systems, pump stations, meter stations, and compressor stations. You will integrate resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality considerations across the diverse engineering, purchasing, construction, and start-up aspects in a variety of projects. You should have experience with all aspects of the project life cycle (feasibility studies and routing/site selection through construction), be a self-motivated, and have a background in Oil & Gas Pipelines, Water, CO2 and H2 with 15+ years of experience. Responsibilities:
- Capitalizes on our local oil and gas service center and drives growth consistent with the overall Business Group's growth strategy. Two primary components to this are:
- Drive integration of existing local resources into the work to extent possible. Work within our Denver office utilizing local teams that can effectively implement Pipeline projects.
- Drive integration of existing worldwide resources into the work to the extent possible.
- Identify gaps in local skills that are required to meet project requirements, then coordinate and retain accountability for support provided from other offices.
- Is the face of Worley and the primary liaison with clients.*
- Has a good general understanding of infrastructure within oil and gas, water, CO2, H2 pipeline and associated facilities, and a detailed understanding of key engineering documentation.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Works effectively without direct supervision, interface with a variety of people and manage competing demands and multi-discipline project teams.
- Works effectively with other SMEs including those in management to drive improvements and delivery for the customer
- Manages client relationships.
- Works with Business Development staff to drive development of new client relationships and opportunities.
- Understands work products and effort to produce deliverables in order to lead proposal development.
- Assembles then leads multidiscipline project teams (engineering, permitting, survey, construction, startup, commissioning).
- Drives results to meet cost, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Able to hold themselves and team accountable.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Achieves project requirements (safety, scope, schedule, budget, quality) for the overall project, not just engineering.
- Evaluates and reports project performance both internally and to the client.
- Assists in developing total installed cost estimates.
- Conducts evaluations of material and construction bids.
- Ability to manage multiple-project programs for key clients by directly performing PM role on part or all of a program's projects, overseeing additional PM(s) as dictated by program workload fluctuations, and reporting both internally/externally on the overall program.
What you will bring Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in a project management role.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in oil/gas, water, CO2, H2 pipelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel (typically less than 10%).
Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or related Engineering from accredited college or university is required.
Preferred:
- Pipeline field and construction experience desired.
- Operating Company experience is a plus.
- P.E. and/or P.M.P. registration is preferred.
- Experience in any or all the following: production/treating facilities, well tie-ins, compression stations, terminals, meter runs, tie ins, or launcher/receivers desired.

- This position is to be located in the Englewood/Denver area.
- Salary: $169,037 - $248,584 commensurate with experience
