WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Technology and Digital Advantage (TDA) Practice provides strategic, transformational, and technical offerings. Across industries, we bring together experts in strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, next gen ERP and more to drive end to end transformation. Our teams are galvanized to unlock potential, at speed and with lasting impact - on companies, organizations, and society.
Our Cyber & Digital Risk offer encompasses tech experts across BCG Core and the Platinion Cyber Chapter, providing seamless multidisciplinary solutions to our clients. We are also a key offering within the Risk & Compliance (R&C) Practice, which co-pilots the Offer with TDA and provides additional support and leverage in bringing the Offer to market as a strategic risk offering.
We are seeking a strong candidate to join the TDA Practice as an Offer Director, working closely with the leadership of the TDA + R&C Practices, the leadership of the Platinion Cyber Chapter, expert consulting team, Knowledge Team, and Practice Management & Operations Team. As an Offer Director, you will be leading and coordinating the different offer & chapter management activities for Cyber & Digital Risk across BCG and Platinion Cyber to support the development of our integrated business, in particular:
- Offer Strategy and Plan. Drive yearly planning exercise around Cyber offerings, articulating the needs / pain points from our clients, how they are evolving, how our offerings respond to these needs, and how we differentiate from competitors. You will be supporting the development of a clear architecture for the Cyber & Digital Risk offer, articulation around other key programs, and connection with other BCG offers.
- Offer/Chapter Governance. Support the leadership team in setting up and orchestrating the right governance and cadence; prepare and animate the regular meetings / calls associated to it.
- Go-to-market plan per industry/sector. In collaboration with different BCG industry teams, align on priorities and specific GTM plans including customized content needed, specific campaigns, and priority clients.
- Offer Development, Prioritization, and Backlog Management. In collaboration with experts and knowledge team, help teams align on priorities based on the strategic plan and manage the backlog of activities to support the development and evolution of the offerings.
- Marketing and Communication. Together with the leadership team and marketing teams, develop product narrative, brand, and communication plan, and contribute to the execution.
- Learning & Development. Contribute to relevant plans to build necessary capabilities internally (or externally) to best support the offer execution; support training and enablement of our teams.
- Platinion Chapter Animation. Work closely with the chapter leads to understand the overall direction of the work and the alignment with the key stakeholders (inside and outside the Cyber chapter).
- Strategic analysis and reporting. With support of the PA and Chapter finance teams, put in place relevant KPIs and help track business progress, including revenue and billability tracking.
- Community Building/Affiliation. Community building on global and regional levels.
You will work closely with the TDA Practice and Cyber Chapter, but also with your Product Management colleagues, regularly contributing to the testing, refinement, and exchange of best practices across the community. You will also liaise cross functionally with the marketing, finance, recruiting, and learning & development teams.
