Inside the Role The position is responsible for administration and interpretation of the labor agreements, counseling managers/supervisors, and resolving complaints and grievances with union officials. This position will also provide support and representation during union contract negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, and grievance meetings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive business relationships with management and local union leadership, all by working as an individual contributor on a shift with minimal support.We Take Care of Our Team Position offers a starting salary range of$74,500 - $95,000 USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience Benefits include annual bonus program; 401kcompany contribution with company match up to6% as well as non-elective company contribution of3 - 7% depending on age;starting at 4 weeks paidvacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paidparental leave; employee assistance program;comprehensive healthcare plans and wellnessprograms; onsite fitness (at some locations); tuitionassistance and volunteer paid time off; short-termand long-term disability plans.
