Job Summary:


To expedite EDI projects, to act as an EDI liaison for students, perform basic front desk administrative duties, and support programming and other EDI related activities for the department.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or other related software such as Google Workspace.

Essential Duties:



1. Prep folders, bags with materials for special events
2. Set up and take down posters and events
3. Assist with mailings and special events
4. Assist with various general office tasks
5. Research EDI related topics and resources
6. Serve in student leadership capacity



Other Duties:



Other duties as assigned that pertain to the job description.

Light (up to 25 lbs occassionally or 10 lbs frequently)

Close visual acuity (e.g. computer, assembly)
