Your Role in Action: Shaping Excellence in Training

As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our hybrid training programs, including New Hire Orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED certifications, and Safety Care (QBS) certifications. Here's how you'll make a difference:



  • Leadership in Training: Lead or co-lead engaging New Hire Orientation sessions, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and informed.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Manage training records, update training documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Travel and Outreach: Embark on 10-15% travel to regional sites across Massachusetts, delivering impactful training sessions to staff.
  • Innovative Training Design: Collaborate on the assessment and redesign of training materials, enhancing PowerPoint presentations and handouts for both live and online modules.


Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!



  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Training and Development: Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on technology-driven solutions and innovative approaches, including remote and virtual training. Prior facilitation experience and certification in Safety Care, CPR, and First Aid, is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences, especially in virtual environments with confidence and clarity.


  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is a must.
  • Flexibility: Ability to support training needs with occasional weekend or evening sessions.
