You will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and effective execution within the product organization. You will define and execute frameworks to ensure a consistent and efficient approach to product development. You will oversee the processes for reporting on product development status, ensuring clarity of awareness for executive and cross-functional stakeholders. You will oversee a team of project managers who will work closely with our product teams to ensure successful product delivery.

What you will do:

* Accelerate our pace of innovation and improve the speed at which we can introduce new products and new capabilities into and across markets.

* Define and execute frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient approach to product development across the company.

* Oversee the process for executive and cross-functional reporting on the status of product roadmaps; may include identification and implementation of new tools to support reporting.

* Lead and mentor a team of project managers who will partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and other stakeholders to help track product roadmaps. Responsible to anticipate, oversee, and influence an environment of continuous improvement and innovation while continuously delivering highly complex solutions.

You need to have:

* 8 years of relevant experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area, preferably with a focus on collaboration with software engineering teams and the full product life-cycle.

* 5-7 years of people management experience.

* Experience working and leading in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process.

* Ability to elicit cooperation from upper management, clients, and the leaders of other departments.

* Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making, interpersonal and communication skills.
