Role Snapshot

The Marketing Communications Program Manager will be a key member of the team. They will be responsible for working with the Director of Marketing and Director of Content Strategy and Communications to help execute key programs and events for the organization. They will need to be organized, strategic, and able to run a program end-to-end. They will be responsible for the end-to-end production of a diverse array of events throughout the year, ranging from small to large including ad-hoc virtual programs, trade show activations, and B2B/B2G conferences and meetings in various formats (in-person, hybrid, and virtual). The ideal candidate demonstrates creativity, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to quickly learn the business and operate within a complex and dynamic environment.

How do I know this opportunity is right for me?



  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive event strategy and successful execution.
  • Own program event management in its entirety (program timelines and team deliverables/deadlines) within project management tool.
  • Plan, execute and manage RFP/venue sourcing
  • Responsible for all event communication to program team, event support staff, speakers, stakeholders, and registrants before, during, and post-event to ensure an exceptional event experience.
  • Leverage existing marketing content and templates to support the promotion and execution of events via emails, event websites, print materials, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Communications/Marketing team to request new design and copy content as needed, branded event packages for larger events, and press.
  • Manage post-event follow-up to attendees including emailing event resources, and surveys/
  • Host and support virtual events via Microsoft Teams, Zoom
  • Build and deliver event recap reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating campaign dashboards and reports in HubSpot and event software.


Minium Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, English, or a related field Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience
  • 4 years of B2G event planning or project management experience.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail and deadline-oriented, with the ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective, excellent strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and project management skills; must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $95,000

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
