Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Location(s): Hillsboro, OR

Responsibilities:

Quote management

- Managing the process of creating and sending quotes to customers or clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with pricing and contractual terms.

Purchase Order (PO) management

- Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to process and track purchase orders, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Collaborating with the finance and AM to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing from customers. This may involve managing customer billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and monitoring outstanding balances.

Velocity programs

- Developing and implementing initiatives to accelerate the sales cycle, increase customer acquisition, and improve overall sales performance.

Project management

- Overseeing various projects related to purchase orders (POs), quoting, order acknowledgements, accounts receivable (AR), contracts, and other areas of sales operations.

Forecast management

- Collaborating with the sales team and BUs to gather current data and analyze historical sales performance in order to create accurate sales forecasts. This includes reviewing and reconciling acceptance and TCR date, identifying gaps or opportunities, and providing insights for sales planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is

Experience: Previous experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role is preferred - including experience with data analysis, reporting, and CRM systems.

Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Communication skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Writing and Speaking in Japanese is preferred.

Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
