Program Supervisor - Full Time, In-office Everett, WA Compass Health is currently looking for a Program Supervisor to join our Children's Intensive Services team in Everett! Children's Intensive Services supports children and their families in a least restrictive environment using the Wraparound process. Wraparound with Intensive Services, or WISe, works with youth to honor the family voice and choice, identify strengths, build natural supports, and foster self sufficiency. We are looking for a Program Supervisor to join our diverse, compassionate, dedicated, and passion-driven team. What you will be performing The Program Supervisor implements program services and directs the supervision and provision of service to clients. The Supervisor is responsible for collaborating and coordinating with community agencies and organizations to ensure positive working relationships for the benefit of clients served, as well as providing crisis support and intervention services to clients who are served within the program. The Program Supervisor serves as back-up to the Program Manager in day-to-day operations.
