What You'll Need The Service Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating new service agreements by acquiring new accounts and expanding agreements within existing ones. Success relies on capturing new business and selling agreements through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. You'll tailor solutions for decision-makers such as CIOs, VPs, and more. To thrive in this role, you should have a hunter mindset, unafraid to pursue new leads and opportunities through cold-calling and networking. A talent for building strong relationships is essential, as is a proven history of managing the full sales cycle with varying sales cycle lengths. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree or other equivalent degree Minimum Experience: Minimum of 3 years of previous B2B full cycle sales experience.
