As the Senior Manager of Governance under the guidance of the Senior Director of Indirect Procurement Center of Excellence and Procurement Operations, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. Dive into a world of innovation as you develop and implement cutting-edge process excellence initiatives and standard procedures to drive efficiency and foster continuous improvement. Take on a pivotal role in training and development, crafting and delivering dynamic programs to elevate skills and knowledge. Collaborate with dynamic cross-functional teams to establish and uphold governance frameworks that encompass risk management, performance metrics, and vendor evaluation processes. Step into a role where audits and assessments are your tools to monitor compliance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and proactively mitigate risks.
Requirements: Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or finance. Preferably five (5) years of experience in a sourcing organization, supporting internal stakeholders, sourcing, and/or category management. Knowledge of procure to pay platforms. Strong relationships within the organization that can be leveraged. Previous supervisory experience.
