Description

As the Multimedia Producer for ISCO, you will play a key role in shaping the company's video content strategy by leading the production of high-quality video projects. This role involves everything from creative ideation to hands-on videography, directing shoots, and editing final content for a variety of platforms. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure projects align with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.

This role works directly with the Marketing team and reports to the V.P. of Marketing.

Responsibilities



  • Creative Direction: Lead ideation and strategy for multimedia projects, including video campaigns, training videos, and internal communications.
  • Videography: Shoot high-quality videos using advanced equipment, ensuring technical excellence in lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Video Editing: Edit raw footage to create polished, engaging videos using professional software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
  • Production Oversight: Manage end-to-end production workflows, including coordinating shoots, working with talent, and overseeing post-production processes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team and other departments to create content that supports ISCO's business objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot video and audio equipment, ensuring smooth operations during shoots.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all multimedia content aligns with ISCO's branding and communication standards.


Required Experience/Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and directing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project management and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Understanding of social media video trends and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with industrial or corporate environments is a plus.
