Eastman is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Executive Administrative Assistant position to provide support for the Films Technology organization. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Technology, Films. The Executive Administrative Assistant will act as an ambassador and liaison for the Films Technology organization to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the function. The individual will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature and will need to display a high degree of discretion, integrity, and know-how to balance urgent requests with thoughtfulness. The successful individual will bring a positive and can-do attitude, as well as flexibility to the work environment. An ability to work with professionalism and courtesy with all levels of internal management, employees, and external contacts is necessary. This position is located on site at our Corporate Headquarters in Kingsport, TN Responsibilities * Serve as a resource for the Vice President of Films Technology, along with the broader organization, anticipating needs and proactively creating options and recommendations Qualifications
