Job Title: Field Engineer

Location(s): El Paso, TX

Must Have:

• A+ Certification.
• Data center.
• Routers/switches.
• Server / storage hardware repair skills.
• SmartHands Hands on.
• Break-fix on Dell Equipment.

• Break fix repair of Industry standard enterprise level servers, blades, storage and networking equipment.
• Working with various teams in the data center environment to schedule service outages, repairs, and validations, and inventory control and the associated paperwork.
• Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local Client team.

• Background in Hardware Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.
• Specific Server and Storage training will be provided.
• Learn and retain proprietary processes.
