For more information, please visit www.resilience.com Position Summary& Role The Scientist2Cell Line Development is responsible for mammaliancell line culture andcell line development, construct development, cell linecharacterization and stability testing, single cell cloning, as well as optimization of assays for the Biologics, Vaccines and Gene Therapy modalities. The Scientist2shouldalsopossessknowledge andexperience withViral cell line transfection and engineering, including AAV or LVV stable gene incorporation,scientific principles and concepts in fields of cell biology, protein expression, molecular biology,stable and transient transfections, clone screening, small scale bioreactors, and DNA PCR.The Scientist2willbe responsible forexecutingexperimental approachesnecessary to implement corporate strategy.Experience with microbial expressionisdesirable. Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
