There has never been a better time to join EQ. Role Summary In this role, you will assist in supporting and fostering a positive relationship with JP Morgan while providing top-tier service. EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Account Manager to join our team in Mendota Heights, MN. We need a passionate and engaged individual to join our team and help us continue to drive our success forward. This is a fast-paced, client-focused role with visibility throughout the organization. To be successful an individual needs to be analytical as well as have a strong ability in project management and executive management style communication. The career path for this role is varied. Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Participate in and/or lead planning meetings with all parties, which can include EQ operational teams, JP Morgan clients, internal and external counsel, etc.
- Coordination, planning, and partnership to meet the client's SLA transaction timing and goals for top tier service to the client and its shareholders
- Reading and interpreting moderately complex trust and other legal documents to identify EQ's administrative requirements and responsibilities
- Consultation with and/or provide guidance to internal partners during analysis phase
- Balancing and prioritizing client transaction events to ensure success
- Internal transaction event communications to impacted EQ business groups
- Participation in corporate action and initial public offering closings; may independently close deals
- Coordinate response to state unclaimed property audits and other client activities as needed
- Collect delinquent fees as needed
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and risk management policies
- Acts as a resource to newer Account Managers
- Complete all ADR Transactions impacting the client including, but not limited to cash dividends, name changes, ratio changes, reverse stock splits, sale of rights, special RADR issuances, and stock distributions.
- Complete New Installations for sponsored and unsponsored
- Draft internal and external letters and documents
- Ensure proactive responsiveness to JP Morgan and if applicable, their clients
- Foster & maintain internal and external relationships to facilitate all assigned duties and responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns

Experience requirements
- 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: trust, financial services, legal or account management
- Experience / familiarity with the mechanics of complex corporate actions and with transfer agent knowledge
- Experience in communications and interactions with individuals at various levels within an organization, including but not limited to senior leaders and corporate counsel
- Experience with public and private corporate action transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and spinoffs is desired; escrow experience is also desired.
- Working knowledge of American Depositary Receipts
