Acentra seeks a Business Analysis, Specialist to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The role of the Business Analysis, Specialist is to be accountable for driving transformational change in the Health and Social Services Industry in collaboration with the product, architecture, and business development teams.

*Position is remote, based in the state of Georgia, may require up to 25% travel*.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate your deep experience in Medicaid Health Care from current customers and future customers to software solutions.
  • Define product requirements and demonstrate a deep understanding of current and future project and product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with product owner(s) and other stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are well defined, documented and represents our desired customer user experience.
  • Drive industry best in class designs and usability.
  • Has an applicable domain knowledge of the CMS MITA Architecture.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fills product gaps.
  • Encourage ideas for product innovation, improved user experience and meets our corporate goals for growth and cost structures.
  • Develop business cases for ideas that help prioritize roadmaps.
  • Support the testing practice through contribution and/or development of test cases; as well as test execution as required.
  • Collaborate with business development on market opportunities and market trends.
  • Design user personas that reflect how our product is used and drive user experience improvements.
  • Collaborate on ideas that drive value and profitability and seek opportunities to apply core claims engine capabilities into new revenue streams in state, federal or commercial markets.
  • Work with product managers, architecture, engineering and release management to ensure product releases are delivered on time with quality.
  • Represent the company through professional interaction with customers, working with operations and implementation teams to solicit feedback on company products and/or services.
Requirements

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 7+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Attention to detail and capability to define and document business processes.
  • In depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software release governance.
  • Understanding of the importance of data governance and data quality.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Analyst experience in Medicare, Medicaid or Heath care preferred.
  • Conversant in technology architectures including Java, .NET, Oracle, Modern Front End Javascript frameworks, API (REST, SOAP), NoSQL, Microservices.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $103,600.00/yr - $129,500.00/yr
