Hardware Upgrade Planner - Reviews hardware upgrade quotes for required pre-requisites and reports machine non-compliance to quoting specialist.

Job Details:

  • The main function of the Hardware Upgrades Planner is to review of all quoting prerequisites regarding a hardware upgrade event.
  • The Hardware Upgrades Planner must provide the most accurate review possible to ensure all the prerequisites are met.
  • Those that do not meet the prerequisites, are reported to the requestor.
  • The Hardware Planner also provides support to the Software Upgrades Group.
  • The Hardware Planner will verify compatibility of current customer install base to the requirements of ARIA OIS systems upgrades.
  • The Hardware planner also assists Project Management in reviewing orders already in process to ensure factory applied upgrades will be compatible with currently installed customer equipment.

Typical Education and Experience: Bachelors degree and

minimum of 5 years experience

The base pay range for this position is

Min $68,000 - Max $119,000

The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
