Title: Lead Quality Engineer (Remote) Onsite/ Remote/ Hybrid: Remote Qualifications: 8 to 10 years of experience with hands on experience with PL/SQL Maven Selenium Jira TestNG Java Scrum and Jenkins. Possess strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Maven, Selenium, Jira, TestNG, Java, Scrum, and Jenkins. Demonstrate experience in the Payer domain ensuring compliance with industry standards. Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude towards continuous learning and improvement. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies and plans. Oversee the design implementation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium TestNG and Java. Provide expertise in PL/SQL for database testing and validation. Utilize Maven for build automation and Jenkins for continuous integration and delivery. Manage and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and performance. Implement best practices in test automation and continuously improve testing processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Payer domain. Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence. Drive the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
