* Supervise Slot Technical Department. Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop, and monitor team.
* Supervision of repairs and maintenance of slot machines and other slot devices.
* Effectively and timely assists with managing all departmental projects such as slot movements,
modifications, upgrades, and installations during the shift.
* Train Slot Technical Team to ensure that they are proficient in their duties.
* Oversee routine preventative maintenance on all slot equipment as assigned.
* Perform tasks utilizing the EGD system to obtain IGC approvals on various shipments, slot machine
moves, conversions, tournaments, and audits.
* Supervise all departmental projects such as slot machine movements, modifications, upgrades, and
installations and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
* Ensure slot procedures and policies are in accordance with current internal controls, IGC rules and
regulations, and standard operating procedures.
* Compile all project folders prior to the start of projects and maintain project folders once complete
ensuring that all paperwork is in order and all applicable signatures obtained.
* Maintain consistent slot inventory of all parts and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery.
* Follow up on tasks assigned to Technicians.
* Complete development sessions with all subordinates to ensure constant training, education, and staff
development.
* Able to perform as a Slot Technician, as needed.
* Must provide great customer service and maintain a fun gaming environment.
* Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies,
and procedures.
* Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
* Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
* Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
* Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
weekends.
* May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
