The Role:

The Regional Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for reporting the company's financial performance to senior leadership, analyzing business performance, and helping management make tactical and strategic decisions through thoughtful analysis.

Responsibilities:



  • Collect and analyze complex data, review trends, develop models and reports on the analysis
  • Focus on efficiency and effectiveness of current and future reporting
  • Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement at both properties in Rhode Island.
  • Develop decisioning models and reporting that help with decision-making and analysis.
  • Own EBITDA analysis, flashing reporting, daily operating reporting, monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statistics.
  • Support department with meeting analytical requirements.
  • Consolidate and analyze data related to the monthly and annual long-range budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support department financial decision making.
  • Complete ad hoc analysis projects with tight deadlines.
  • Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations based on data captured.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • Over 5 years of financial analysis experience in corporate environments, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, or other related fields.
  • Proven aptitude with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills, financial modeling, and business intelligence reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail required.
