JOB TITLE: Corporate Counsel JOB SUMMARY The Corporate Counsel is responsible for managing various legal matters for Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, with a focus on support of the Global Supply Chain group. The Corporate Counsel will provide legal support and advice to Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies' management and various internal business functions and provide the business with effective advice on company strategies and their implementation while ensuring adherence to state, federal, and international laws and regulations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education Requires completion of a Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school and practical experience. Experience Minimum 4 years' experience; prior in-house legal experience with a life sciences and/or manufacturing company strongly preferred. Skills
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Candidate must be admitted in good standing in one state in the US and eligible for single client admission in Colorado. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, walking, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Hybrid work schedule from the Lakewood, CO office. There will be an occasional requirement to work outside of normal business hours, consistent with other similar level positions.
