JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Procurement Manager will directly manage the Institute on Aging's procurement and strategic sourcing function, supplier relationship management, tactical buying for indirect requirements, inventory location, and act as a backup to the Director of Procurement. As the Manager of the Purchase Order and Inventory procurement group, this person will mentor a team of professionals to ensure cost-effective sourcing of services for all Institute on Aging departments. This role is responsible for cultivating strong supplier relationships and providing excellent customer service to internal and external business partners. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
