Job Description...

* Collaborate with employees globally to conduct business analysis and requirements gathering and advise on optimal business practices through the implementation of M365 solutions.

* Actively support global workforce in understanding and adoption of digital collaboration tools and applications.

* Use best project management methodologies to ensure budgeting, develop, manage and maintain project plans and schedules.

* Reporting to Advantest America IT Department Manager and globally to the Global Collaboration & Conferencing Services Manager, this specialist should pro-actively guide our global employee user community in understanding and adopting the Advantest Digital Workplace tools and applications.

* Drive excellence and insight into the latest industry trends across Microsoft's M365 cloud offerings, this person will assist in liaising with relevant internal or external subject matter experts and building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure success of the project.

Responsibilities Include...

* Project & Change Management: Developing strong relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the full project life cycle.

* Promoting new ways of working, implementing change initiatives, creating & implementing new training initiatives.

* Working globally with our internal clients to conduct business analysis and requirement gathering to advise best business practices through implementation of M365 solutions.

* Utilize best project management practice to develop and manage and maintain budgets, project plans and timelines.

* Working within technical project teams to analyze requirements and resource appropriate skillsets within project timelines.

* Assist in formulating functional and technical documentation as required.

* Working alongside consultancy team to create user and training documentation and help facilitate formal training classes, focus on advising, designing, implementing adoption material.

* Consulting, training and coaching end users in Microsoft 365 environments, modern workplace.

* Giving courses with different methodologies: demos, webinars, coaching, etc.

* Conducting workshops and ensuring there is effective communication by all parties through the projects.

* As the expert in this area, you will lead a global community of "adoption multipliers" (train-the-trainer concept) in the business departments, shaping the culture of this team moving forward.
