Reporting to the Sr. Director of Real Estate and Construction, The Manager of Building Operations will manage the daily building maintenance operations of our 800,000-square-foot facility, which houses a front office and the warehouse/distribution function of our Glendale, AZ, location. You will manage a team of internal Facilities support staff and third-party vendors to guarantee a positive environment for Red Bull employees and guests. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 5+ years of experience in Facilities and/or Property Management or related fields. Prior experience maintaining a warehouse or distribution center. Prior experience in a supervisory role with an emphasis on developing employees to achieve their full potential (including vendors and contractors). Read construction drawings and specifications. Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar applications Familiarity with Building Workorder Systems Basic familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator or similar applications Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
