TS/SCI POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The Deputy Project Manager (DPM) is responsible for overseeing the building maintenance and operations of government facilities, including child development centers. The DPM will supervise maintenance staff, ensure effective building operations, and provide pricing and estimates for maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in building maintenance, operations management, and supervision of personnel. Additionally, the DPM must possess working knowledge of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and relevant roles within the system. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
